Content: Gives lots of information on how the XRF works, and also shows a good instrument diagram. Also gives information on how elements give unique x-ray emissions.
Reliability and Usefulness: Seems pretty reliable, however they are trying to sell XRFs. Was helpful in understanding how the XRF works, and how it identifies individual elements.
